In this intimate Italian cooking class, Carlos will personally lead guests through the techniques he’s been refining for Italian cooking, sharing his approach, insights, and passion along the way. This hands-on experience is designed to feel both educational and celebratory—Italian food as it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Carlos prepares your meal, sharing his process, inviting your participation. 3 courses, each perfectly paired with a glass of wine — and, of course, a full Italian meal, Carlos-style. $175  per person.
