We’re teaming up once again with our neighbors at Guiso Latin Fusion for an afternoon of bold flavor, good wine, and that unbeatable Healdsburg energy.
Chef Carlos Mojica will be serving a one-day-only menu packed with the kind of Latin-Italian fusion comfort food that keeps guests coming back. And this time, it’s paired with our favorite warm-weather pour: summer sangria.
We’ll be mixing two fresh takes made with our Vaso di Marina wines:
– Sangria Bianco – Vaso di Marina Bianco with yellow peaches, strawberries, and lemon
– Sangria Rosso – Vaso di Marina Rosso with oranges, apples, and yellow peaches
Your ticket includes:
One glass of your choice—any Portalupi wine or sangria
On the menu from Chef Carlos:
– “Smash After Church” Burgers – All grass-fed ground beef, homemade sesame bun, curtido, smoked cheddar, chipotle aioli, and shoestring French fries
– Chicken Wings (Alitas en Salsa Verde) – Mary’s organic chicken wings, green tomatillo salsa, Salvadorean petacon cheese, and chili threads
Tickets:
$10 for wine club members
$14 for non-members
Food and additional wine available for purchase.
Reservations encouraged. Walk-ins welcome. Come for the sangria, stay for the flavor.
