Join us for Tim’s Seriously Smokin’ Father’s Day Festa, where our founder and winemaker Tim is firing up his legendary baby back ribs right outside the tasting room. And not just any ribs—he’s bringing the heat with two sauces to taste and debate:

Kansas City Style – Sweet, a little spicy, tomato-forward deliciousness.

Carolina Style – Tangy, vinegar-based, and a little more kick.

Pair your ribs with your favorite Portalupi wine—because the right wine makes everything better.
