An absolute industry first in regard to style, elegance and sophistication. Harvested at 22.1 Brix, the grapes go directly into press, whole cluster and are gently squeezed allowing the juice to have a brief contact with the grape skins, giving the wine a beautiful expression of pale blush. The wine after fermentation is then bottled and the riddling process begins. For nearly a year the wine is carefully monitored until we feel all aspects are perfect.
