WINEMAKER NOTES
2021 Harvest:
2021 water tables in California were loser and with dry farming there were less clusters per vine, less berries per cluster, smaller berries making for higher skin to juice ration resulting in a darker pigment and higher flavor intensity. That is the silver lining for the 2021 harvest.
Italian pot roast. The meat is simmered with a heady mixture of vegetables and Portalupi Charbono.
