2021 Nebbiolo Riserva

It is a haunting bouquet of red fruit that makes you thirsty for the grape’s pleasant acidity and firm tannins.

Aromas of tar and dried red rose petals are the precursor of flavors of leather,  licorice, spice strawberries and white truffles that all intermingle to lend to the wines complexity. Feathered game, truffe dishes and mild cheese pair perfectly. Very limited-only 50 cases produced. The perfect wine to cellar.
